Urban Tails was started in 2005 for the simple reason that I understand how difficult it is to leave your pets when you travel or cannot be home to care for them. After all, they are family. I have loved and cared for many types of animals since childhood, and am thrilled I found a career doing what I love. I currently have many pets of my own and have several years experience volunteering for animal shelters, including care giving, fostering, donating and helping behind the scenes. Even though your pet will undoubtedly miss you when you are away, be assured they will receive exceptional care - I will treat them with as much care and compassion as if they were my own.
